Shipping policy
Once full payment has been received and depending on how large your order is and how busy we are, please allow up to 20 working Days (Mon-Fri) for orders to be processed and dispatched.
Small orders within the UK are posted either Standard Second Class or Standard First Class via Royal Mail, the cost is calculated by the weight in the usual way.
Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused on delivery. Please note, delivery dates quoted are a guide only and will not be legally binding unless specified as part of a contract.
MarJo's Gift Shop will not be responsible if Royal Mail leaves your parcel on your doorstep or in your safe place (garage/bin) and it then goes missing, you will need to contact Royal Mail and make a claim.
Please note that the Royal Mail doesn't consider any item "lost" until 10 working days after the expected delivery date of the item. We cannot process claims for lost or delayed items until this period has elapsed.
If you are not home when the Postman tries to deliver your order and they cannot put it through the letter box, they should leave a “Whilst you were out” card. It is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail to either collect your parcel in person from them or have them re-deliver it to you. If you fail to do this, then Royal Mail will return your order to MarJo's Gift Shop. If this happens and we receive your order, we will then contact you to let you know. It is your responsibility to then pay for the new postage cost to have your order re-shipped.
